TESTS, FINAL INSPECTION AND INSPECTION CERTIFICATES

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Upon request in the order phase, ultrasonic tests can be performed to verify the internal quality of the material with operating procedures according to EN 10160 Standards, which also establish the acceptance classes for internal defects.

TYPE OF CERTIFICATES

EN 10204 – 2.2 Non-specific inspection certificate, with current tests also carried out on similar products and “heats” (steel charges).

EN 10204 – 3.1 Specific inspection certificate carried out on product lots belonging to the same “heat” and thickness range for quantities defined by the reference standard.
